How does the free trial work?

Yearly and monthly plans start with 7 days free, once per Apple ID. You won't be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Apple reminds you before it does.

How do I cancel?

iPhone Settings ▸ your name ▸ Subscriptions ▸ 6 Months. Or in the app: Settings ▸ Subscription.

I got a new phone. How do I get my purchase back?

Open the app, and on the paywall tap Restore. It uses the Apple ID you bought with.

How do I get my runs back?

If you signed in with Apple, tap Restore from backup on the first screen and sign in again. Without signing in, runs live only on the phone they were made on.

How do I delete my account?

Settings ▸ Account ▸ Delete account. It erases your backup and account from our servers. See the Privacy Policy.
